The introductory session will be a place where we can explore what is bring you to counselling and how I can support you.

Once you have decided that you would like to go ahead, I will book you in for a session and send you the contract for you to go through in your own time. Any questions can be either answered in your first session or by sending me an email.

Initial (15 mins) consultation by telephone does not require a booking

7 - 17 Years

Online sessions are provided for those who prefer to complete therapy in their own environment and is given as an option for convenience and comfort to everybody. These sessions offer similar experiences to that of face to face.  

Telephone sessions offer similar aspects to online working with the sessions taking place within the comfort and convenience of your own environment. However, you have the additional offer of visual anonymity.
